The Government Bookshop supports a number of leading government call centres including Smart Service Queensland and the Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries.

Using cost effective, advanced integration technology we connect to client call centres via a secure Internet Provider and provide a customised catalogue featuring selected publications.

Call centre operators continue to process and track publication orders for customers, whilst we seamlessly distribute the publications.

Customers are able to select their preferred method of delivery including fax, email and downloadable PDF.

Depending on the type of publication, two hard copy delivery options are available: Manual Pick and Pack or Print on Demand.

Call Centre Operators are free to concentrate on answering customer calls instead of spending time filling, packaging and posting publications or information, improving resource efficiency and service levels.
